1. Definitions

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

5. Withdrawals and Processing

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by vipp55 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x-30x) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10%-20%.

6.3 Cashback and Loyalty Rewards

Cashback is calculated on net losses (total bets minus total wins) over the weekly period (Monday 00:00 WIB to Sunday 23:59 WIB) and credited on Monday.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

vipp55 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Placing low-risk bets or using betting systems designed to convert bonus funds to cash without risk
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the following rules:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed, bets remain valid until the match is played (typically within 48 hours).
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before completion, bets are void unless the outcome is already determined.

9. Limitations of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of vipp55 shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

vipp55 is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, or technical failures at third-party data centers.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Our Right to Terminate

vipp55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any outstanding fees or charges.

10.2 Your Right to Close Your Account

10.3 Inactive Account Fees

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with vipp55 on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against vipp55.
